The Diamond Ring effect at Third Contact
Well I caught this on webcasts from French Polynesia and Easter Island. Polynesia fared much the worse weatherwise – a brief moment of totality then clouded out. Easter Island fared much better with cloud moving in just at the last moment of totality – very reminiscent of my own experience in Ceduna, South Australia in December 2002.
Hello and Welcome to Paul’s new Photographical Blog
Moving on from my old Blogger driven account, here’s a new set of photos, updated as I go along and including archive albums of days out here in Northern Ireland as well as my, and these days our, extensive trips around the World. I have also taken many photos of objects beyond this World, far out into space and these will appear here too, so there should be something for everyone!
I hope all visitors to this site enjoy the visit and hopefully will feel able to leave a kind note, or even some constructive criticism!
